Q: Can I get this piece engraved?

A: Our Square Signet is perfect for engraving initials, names or dates on the front face or inside of the ring. You can add custom engraving here.

Q: How do I choose my ring size?

A: If you're unsure of your ring size, simply select Ring Sizer and we will post you a ring sizer when your order has been confirmed. If your ring size is above size S, (T-Z+), we will need to provide you with a custom quote.

Q: What are the differences between the metal types?

Q: Are your white gold pieces rhodium plated?

A: As standard, most of our 9ct white gold pieces are not rhodium plated. Our 9ct chains are rhodium plated— but charms, pendants and rings are not. You can add this service to your piece here. Our 18ct white gold pieces are either rhodium plated or upgraded to platinum at no additional cost.
